When contacting us via contact form, fax, mail, or e-mail, your information will be processed for the purpose of handling the contact request.

Legal basis:

• Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DS-GVO if you have given your consent
• Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO based on our legitimate interest in processing and storing data to answer inquiries, preserve evidence, and comply with retention obligations
• Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO if the contact aims at concluding a contract

We may store your information and contact request in our customer relationship management system ("CRM system") or a comparable system.

Data retention: The data will be deleted when no longer required to achieve the purpose of collection, typically when the conversation has conclusively ended. We store inquiries from account/contract holders until two years after contract termination. For legal archiving obligations, deletion occurs after their expiry: 6 years for commercial law and 10 years for tax law retention obligations.
