• Conduct SAFe for Teams training for all team members

9. Coach ART Execution

• Maintain the new cadence and rhythm
• Address problems early through regular scrum-of-scrums
• Support teams through Scrum Events and ART events
• Gather feedback and prepare for Inspect & Adapt
• Conduct first System Demo and PI Review

10. Launch More ARTs and Value Streams

• Once first ART is stable, extend transformation
• Introduce and launch additional ARTs with PI Planning
• Gradually transition entire digital portfolio
• In hospitals: May establish ARTs for Clinical Applications, IT Infrastructure, Medical Device Integration, etc.

11. Extend to Portfolio Level

• With multiple ARTs operating, develop Lean Portfolio Management
• Introduce Portfolio Kanban and Epic management
• Adjust governance to anchor agile at management level
• Align strategy and execution through portfolio mechanisms

12. Accelerate

• Continuously optimize and improve the operating model
• Collect metrics on outcomes (time-to-market, quality, satisfaction)
• Nurture the Lean-Agile mindset through communities of practice
• Sustain the transformation through ongoing reinforcement
